To make this green smoothie I use kiwi, which not only gives the smoothie a great taste but it is also a great source of vitamin C. I also use a handful of kale. Kale is a super healthy vegetable which contains large amounts of B1, B2, B6, B11, vitamin C, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
