Easy and delicious BREAKFAST CAKE

With this recipe you can make a healthy and delicious breakfast cake in a flash.

How to make the breakfast cake:

Mix all the ingredients well in a blender. Pour the mixture in a silicon oven dish of about 22-24 cm and decorate with a few walnuts. Place in a microwave at 1000 watt for 5 minutes

Cut a piece of the cake and place on a plate and decorate with some grated coconut.

Serve the cake with fruit and nuts a side. I often eat the cake with pieces of apple, pear, raisins and walnuts.

  • 2 bananas
  •  2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • a few walnuts
  • grated coconut
  • fruit and nuts to your taste.
