Quinoa salad

An easy and tasty quinoa salad

Ingredients for 1 portion

  • 100 gram quinoa
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 6 radishes
  • 8 black olives
  • 2 small pickles
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mild vinegar
  • a pinch of salt


  1. Boil the quinoa in about 300 ml water until all the water has been absorbed. Let the quinoa cooldown with a piece of kitchen paper between the pan and the lid. The kitchen paper will absorb some remaining moisture.
  2. Clean in the meantime the vegetables and cut them in small pieces (as on the picture). The cucumber will have a better taste if you remove the seeds.
  3. Once the quinoa has cooled down mix with the cucumber, olives, pickles and radishes. Add the olive oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt and mix well again.
